About Amber
Amber was born on May 5th, 1983, the third Puchalski daughter. Growing up with her sisters, Yvonne and Kim, and brother, Allen, Amber was an avid softball player. Building friendships on and off the field, Amber was a caring friend and loyal teammate.
Highschool sweethearts, Amber and her loving husband, Ronnie (Woody) Woodworth, spent the last 18 years growing up and growing in love together. They were blessed with four young sons, Nolan (6), Easton (4), and twins Jameson and Maddox (2). Jameson was diagnosed at birth with a rare chromosome disorder and Amber lovingly devoted her time to all of her boys.
On Feb 14th 2018, our amazing, caring, vibrant, fun and loving mother, wife, daughter, sister and friend, Amber Woodworth, was diagnosed with Thymic Carcinoma, a rare and aggressive cancer. After a courageous battle, Amber passed away on August 16th. Join us in celebrating her life and the happiness she brought to everyone she met.
