Each year, the teams for this beloved memorial tournament fill up quickly, ranging from family & friends to highly competitive teams. A $300 team fee due by Monday, April 29, 2024 via Chase Quickpay or Zelle to woodworthwarriors@gmail.com. Team draw is scheduled on Wednesday, May 8th at 7pm at location TBD. Teams will be contacted via email regarding team draw updates. See additional rules & regulations below.

If you won’t be joining us on the field, there are many volunteer opportunities available throughout the tournament. Please consider supporting the tournament by signing up via our SIgnUp Genius form.

• Starting at 8 am, the tournament is single elimination and will be held rain or shine. A cash prize & trophy will be awarded to the winning team.
• Free lunch will be provided for each team, up to 12 total registered players, as well as hot dogs & fries/ chips for all kids. Additional food will be available for purchase from the Hog Wild Food Truck.
• Raffles and split-the-pot will be available for all guests, all proceeds go to the Woodworth family.
• This is a kid-friendly event with activities and live music for the whole family throughout the day!

Rules & Registration:

• Coed rules apply, teams must play 10 players (5 guys & 5 girls in the field). Males and females must alternate in infield and outfield including pitcher/catcher and batting order. Glove Rule: Females only may wear a mitt at any position per inning for the whole inning
• Registration fee is $300 per team, non-refundable due by Monday, April 29. Teams must also provide a gift certificate or gift basket with minimum value of $25 to be used for the raffle by the night of the draw.
• Tournament Rules will be emailed to team captains and available at the draw.
• Team Captains must complete and submit their team roster and waiver signed by all players before their 1st game.
